First time Careers Show exhibit for Gower

Members of the Gower team were at Beau Se Jour this week for the annual Guernsey Careers and Skills Show.  The stand was manned over the two days by members of the Gower team from across the group, as they promoted the full range of services that the company offers, from pensions and investments to mortgages and life insurance.  They also talked to students and young adults attending the show about career opportunities available at the company such as Financial Adviser/Trainee Financial Adviser & Pension Administrator/Pension Manager. 

Visitors to the show were attracted to the stand with the opportunity to win one of two prizes of £50 cash, by completing a financial planning quiz.   There were over 220 entries to the quiz which featured questions about good financial habits and how to plan for retirement.  The company merchandise proved very popular, with each quiz entrant receiving a branded highlighter pen, bag and biro.
